Cause we all dream, and we wish we accomplish what we dream, feel it, and have it, touch it. As the little sailor wishes a boat, shes near the tank she feels and in a surreal ethereal way she touches her dream.
Hope its clear..sometimes my english is messy

Great attention to composition, color, texture and more! The only thing I'd like to add is that the child pops up a tad strongly. I would have slightly toned him down by the feet in terms of opacity, maybe a couple of large/soft brush clicks. His feet touching the ground is kind of where I pick up that he's a little out of the same level of the rest of the image. His pose brings me back, though.
